About

Intentionally formed in 2010 without affiliation with a larger firm, Value² Partners, LLC was conceived to allow customized teams to be formed around each commercial real estate opportunity.  In some instances the team may require engineers, architects, and lawyers… whereas in other situations a best-in-class local broker or management firm may be necessary. This independence allows us to move fluidly across geographies and opportunities for clients, never constrained by a single affiliation, but instead, truly capable of placing the best team on the field. Clients receive stewardship of their needs + gain access to the talents of others as teams are built around their requirements…thus Value² Partners

Since its inception, Value² Partners has proven to move nimbly using this concept of customized partnerships, working with the following partners:

  • Trammell Crow Company – 450, 000 SF  headquarters development for Darden Restaurant Group ( DRI) – $130 million project
  • Jordan Clark – past CIO of Gables Residential – assemblage of an Atlanta apartment portfolio for private investors including Coley
  • Studley – 70,000 SF tenant advisory work for Resurgent Capital in Greeneville, SC
  • CBRE– 50,000 SF  tenant representation work for Greenberg Traurig, PA in Orlando, Florida
  • Gordon Grubb– 118,000 SF  office building development in Raleigh, NC
  • Colliers International – brokerage and investment in Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill markets
  • Advanced Project Management – development management for Episcopal High School’s athletic, academic, admissions, library, and science buildings – over $60 mm in value

Then, when other opportunities did not require others, Value² Partners focused on bringing value to:

  • Cousins ( CUZ) strategies for its fee-for services business- recently sold to Cushman & Wakefield
  • Morgan Stanley – marketing strategies for troubled assets in Florida
  • A private investor- repositioning an office building in Winter Park Florida
  • A family office, seeking to evaluate its portfolio and acquisition criteria
